Laboratory tables are the basic equipment of every laboratory. The individual choice of the tables depending on the nature of the work being carried out, the chemical substances used or the equipment which will be placed on the tables is a very important stage in the creation of a laboratory.
The structure of our laboratory tables is based on stable and resistant steel frames type C, made of 60x30x3 mm section, powder lacquered with chemical resistant paint. The legs of the frames are equipped with floor-levelling screws.
The type C system of the construction allows to join the tables into laboratory strings and to quickly change the location of cabinets.
For heavy laboratory equipment and deep lab tops, we use reinforced frames with a double post.
Racks are coloured in accordance with the RAL colour chart, standard RAL 7047.
Tops of laboratory tables and sinks are selected from materials with the required chemical resistance and mechanical strength according to user requirements. In case of any doubts, we provide tabletop samples for the customer's approval.
TYPES OF TOPS AND LABORATORY SINKS
Top/sink type |
Top/sink description |
Resistance |
|
The top consists of a chipboard core covered with high-pressure laminate foil (HPL foil), the front and bottom edge of the top is rounded (so-called postforming). |
Low chemical resistance, Low resistance to moisture, Good mechanical resistance (to pressure), Short-term resistance up to 150 C temperature. |
|
The top is a blend of quartz and granite on a polyester resin base. The top surface and visible edges are polished. It is possible to produce the top with a raised edge. |
Medium chemical resistance. High moisture resistance. Increased scratch and abrasion resistance, no impact resistance. Good temperature resistance, no resistance to thermal shock. |
|
Top based on phenolic resins, laminated on one or both sides, surface hardened with electron beam (EBC technology). The top can be made with a raised edge (glueing). |
High chemical resistance, Good moisture resistance, Good mechanical resistance (to pressure), Good temperature resistance. |
|
Epoxy resin tops are produced from silica filled, heat-cured solid epoxy resin, formulated to achieve optimum chemical resistance. |
High chemical resistance, High resistance to moisture, High hardness degree, Good temperature resistance. |
large-format ceramics glued on a laminated board base (8mm + 25mm) |
The top is made of an 8mm large format ceramic board (max size of the board is 1200x900mm) glued on a 25mm laminated board. In the flat version, the top is edged with 2mm PVC tape. It is possible to make a top with a raised edge made of ceramic or epoxy resin profiles. |
High chemical resistance, High resistance to moisture, High scratch and abrasion resistance, Medium resistance to dynamic loads, Good temperature resistance. |
|
The top (sink) is a homogeneous, high quality fired ceramic plate (ceramic sintered). The top has a homogeneous rounded edge. |
Excellent chemical resistance (except hydrofluoric acid), High resistance to moisture, High scratch and abrasion resistance, Medium resistance to dynamic loads, Very high-temperature resistance. |
|
The top (sink) is made of 0H18N9 steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, the top is reinforced inside with laminated board or steel brackets. It is possible to make the top with a raised edge and/or with a back edge. |
Medium chemical resistance, High resistance to moisture, Average scratch and abrasion resistance, Good temperature resistance. |
|
The top (sink) is 1,2 mm thick 316L steel, reinforced inside with laminated board or steel brackets. It is possible to make the top with a raised edge and/or a rim at the back. |
Good chemical resistance, High moisture resistance, Average scratch and abrasion resistance, Good temperature resistance. |
|
Top made of granite slab polished on the working surface and visible edges. It is possible to make a raised edge (glueing). |
Medium chemical resistance, High moisture resistance, High mechanical resistance, High temperature resistance. |
Laboratory tables can be equipped with hanging cabinets or containers:
Standard cabinet types: 40, 45, 60, 80, 90, 120 (cm) wide. Non-standard modules are made on request.
Standard models of cabinets:
Cabinet accessories:
Island and wall tables can be fitted with special ventilation ducts which enable effective extraction of fumes from above the top.
Island tables are equipped as standard with tabletop mounted shelves (columns, with power sockets).
It is possible to install installation bridges with utilities (valves, electric sockets) above the tables.
All types of laboratory tables can be equipped with the following valves: gas, compressed air, hot and cold water and demineralised water.
