Heavy-duty tables

We produce specialist heavy-duty tables for static, dynamic and fatigue tests. All heavy-duty tables have a solid and stable frame made of 80x80x3 mm steel profile, powder-coated with chemical resistant paint.

For machines with high dynamic load and heavyweight, the frame can be additionally loaded with ballast granulate to increase its weight and stability. All racks are based on heavy-duty feet with the possibility of levelling. The feet are equipped with vibration isolators, which we select depending on weight and type of machine. Tops for testing machines are selected according to the type and weight of the machine. The most common materials are HPL laminate, lacquered plywood, granite, reinforced stainless steel tops.
